Since July 9th -12 and onwards I have been working as a Junior Game Designer on one of Wooga’s flagship titles, Bubble Island.
Develop and improve existing gameplay.
- Develop new features to increase retention and monetization.
- Develop features that fit well on both PC/Facebook and iOS.
- Create new challenges, missions and levels for Bubble Island.
- Balancing of score, economy and player friction.
- Testing and validation as well overseeing usertests.
My main duty as the designer in the Bubble Island team was first to help to improve
on the existing gameplay and then to develop the game with new features and
improvements to make sure that Bubble Island remain one of the top arcade games
on Facebook and iOS.
My main contribution to Bubble Island is the Firemode, the Fireball, the Plasma Boosts
and rebalancing of the score and economy system as well numerus bitts and pizes trought the game and even more to come.
